Opting in

Since July 1, 2008 for clubs, private houses, massage parlors, escort services and other similar businesses it is only possible to pay sex workers at one of the following ways:

• The sex worker is fully employed
• The opt-in method

Angelina and Friends has chosen the opt-in method. The tax department has signed an agreement which means that all the ladies who are affiliated with Angelina and Friends receive their compensation through this opt in system.

Angelina and Friends pays VAT and wage tax for the lady. The lady can provide its services without worrying about its employment taxes and / or its tax levy. It provides certainty towards the tax.
