8.2   The aforementioned definition also applies when an assignment is partially or fully performed abroad or when the party involved in the legal relationship is residing abroad. Application of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaty is excluded.

8.3   Applicable is always the last registered version or the version which was valid at the time of arranging the agreement with ESCORT AGENCY AMSTERDAM A&F The Dutch text of the general conditions will always determine the interpretation thereof.
